With 20 years of experience, training and academic education, my background is qualified by my personal experience as a career pivoter and mother. I know what it’s like to struggle with uncertainty in your career.
A few years ago, I found myself at a career crossroads, craving change but unsure of what I wanted to do. I wanted to do work I loved, while having the flexibility to be at home more and present with my young family. I took a leap of faith to start my own business, and through the trials and tribulations of going through the process myself, I worked out what was most important to me, and paved a new path for myself.

Through Enhanced Potential, I support women from all corners of the globe from my home base in Brisbane, Australia, where I reside with my husband, two children, and a giant but gentle golden retriever called Louie.
