I undertook coaching with Caron to deal with some anxiety I had around work. I found Caron to be completely non-judgmental and encouraging. I enjoyed talking with her because she would give me time to think while talking. She encouraged me and validated some of the things I spoke about; she asked the right questions at the right time. I gained a deeper understanding of myself.
